I am from just outside of Detroit, Michigan but have made my home primarily in Mishawaka, Indiana for the past 26 years. I am the Child Support Enforcement Leader for AWS. Previously, I served as the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Child Support Director. I was a regular child support deputy prosecuting attorney from 2005-2012 and was director from 2012-2022. I am a success of the child support system, as at various time each of parent’s paid the other child support through Michigan’s Friend of the Court. I am passionate about leadership because by developing the leadership skills of our employees we make all of our services for children better. NCSEA has been an invaluable tool for our office. I am also passionate about office workflow, technological improvements and ways to streamline how we all do our jobs to get the most out of our employees by helping make things work better.
